红糖年糕 Brown Sugar Rice Cake

材料 Ingredients

  • 400g 糯米粉 glutinous rice flour
  • 360g 红片糖 brown sugar
  • 400ml 水 water

方法 Directions

  1. 红糖加清水煮溶后,放凉(一定要放凉);Dissolve brown sugar in water, let it cool
  2. 待糖水彻底凉了以后,倒入糯米粉里;将红糖水和糯米粉搅拌均匀;Mix the sugar water into the glutinous flour
  3. 糕盘或者模具内扫一点油;将面糊倒入扫好油的糕盘或者模具内;Brush a layer of oil in the bowl and pour the flour mixture into it
  4. 放入蒸锅大火蒸大约50分钟到1小时左右;Steam on high power for 50 minutes to 1 hour
  5. 放凉后,放入冰箱至少1小时以上;After it cools, refrigerate for an hour or more
  6. 吃的时候切片,用少许油两面稍微煎至金黄色,即可食用。You can cut the cake into slices and pan fry it or just eat it cold

小诀窍 Notes

要知道糕熟没熟,主要用筷子插入糕里,拿出来,如果筷子没有沾上粉浆,表示糕已经熟了。To know if it’s cooked, stick a toothpick into the cake and see if it comes out clean
